This product removes sealer, deep dirt, stains and discoloration. Most strippers have a high ph alkaline (ph) which attacks the rubber. this will not attack the rubber only the stains.

Directions for use:
BARRIER is a high performance water based penetrating sealer impregnator specially designed to
protect concrete, stucco, masonry surfaces, brick, clay roofing tile, unglazed ceramic and terracotta tiles,
marble, granite, slate, terrazzo, sandstone, limestone, and quarry tile against stains, dust, dirt, water, and
oil. BARRIER will not yellow or leave a surface film.
APPLICATION
1. Remove surface dirt on the surface to be treated with BARRIER using standard maintenance
procedures.
2. Make sure the surface is completely dry before using BARRIER.
3. During application, make sure temperature is above 65°F and below 85°F.
4. Apply the sealer evenly over the substrate by mopping, brushing, rolling or spraying methods.
5. Let the surface cure for about 24 hours after applying the sealer.
6. For maximum protection, a second application is recommended.
PRECAUTIONS
On fresh concrete, allow 10 days after completion of work before application. Color enhancement may
occur on certain types of natural stone and slate. Always test first to ensure the effect is acceptable.
COVERAGE
On polished surfaces coverage varies from 600 to 1200 square feet per gallon. More porous substrates
will reduce the coverage per quart.
